By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

HoodVendor operates as a marketplace, not a traditional retailer.

1. Sellers are independent third parties
2. Product listings, pricing, and descriptions are provided by sellers
3. HoodVendor does not own or control listed products unless explicitly stated

We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the contract between buyers and sellers.

4. Orders & Payments

1. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on location
2. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
3. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

HoodVendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, fees, and methods are determined by sellers unless otherwise stated.

HoodVendor is not responsible for:

1. Delivery delays caused by sellers or logistics partners
2. Lost or damaged items during transit (unless required by law)

Any delivery disputes should first be resolved between buyer and seller.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers and must be clearly stated on product listings.

HoodVendor may assist with dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

1. Provide accurate product information
2. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Fulfill orders promptly and professionally
4. Handle returns, refunds, and customer service responsibly

HoodVendor may suspend or remove sellers who fail to meet platform standards.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
2. Violate intellectual property rights
3. Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading practices
4. Interfere with platform security or operations

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on HoodVendor, including logos, trademarks, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to HoodVendor and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodVendor shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
2. Losses resulting from seller actions or product quality
3. Unauthorized access to user data beyond our reasonable control

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HoodVendor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

HoodVendor may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
