1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items Customized or personalized items. 

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

4. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is received by us.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
